Position: Quality, Safety & Environment Manager, Bharatpur
Responsibilities:
- Establish, execute and monitor the quality systems and procedures
- Ensure 100% compliance in all quality parameters in line with the regulatory requirements
- Work with Manufacturing function closely for the smooth operation as per production plan
- Ability to implement action plans, follow up personally and monitor progress to ensure that things stay on track
- Understand the value chain
- Analyze information/cues from the customer/client & environment to identify the need and plan accordingly
- Achieve BP commitments of the Quality function
- Ensure necessary lab equipment are available and in good service
- Address or resolve market queries within the agreed timeline
- Ensure that product quality and packaging quality are as per set target and as per quality measures
- Carry out trend analysis on the intermediate and final product to attain optimum operational
- Engagement with stakeholder and meet the expectation
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
- Graduation in Food Technology/Microbiology/Chemistry/Environment Science
- More than 7 years of relevant work experience
- Systems and Processes-Mastery
- Good in communication both oral and verbal
- Computer skills, report writing skills
- Good listener, strong analytical skills, team player
