- 1500 hours of total minimum experience and 500 hours on type A320 series
- Valid IR/LPC as an A320 FO
- Last Flight as an A320 FO within 6 months at the start date
- Preference will be given to Nepali citizen
Requirements: Non-Type Rated (Nepali only)

- Minimum 200 hrs on fixed-wing aircraft
- Current Class I medical
- English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above

Requirements :
- At least 10 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance of A320 family
- CAAN AMT License or equivalent
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintaining acceptable airworthiness, safety and performance standards in 1-19 aircraft fleet of A319 & A320
- To ensure that aircraft maintenance is in compliance with the requirements of NCAR-145
- Train technicians In A319, A320 aircraft maintenance, SMS, human factor, etc.
- The accomplishment of production, maintenance and inspection tasks as delegated by optimum use of manpower and resources in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
- Assist Director of M and E in H9 A330 fleet expansion
- Implementing procedures for Line Maintenance, Ground Service Equipment, Maintenance Sub-base and Line Stations with regard to manpower/ man-hour, tools and equipment planning
- Ensuring that maintenance personnel are using properly maintained and calibrated equipment and tools
- Exercising his license/approval in his inspection for productive work task and upholding the terms of his authorization required by the Organization Quality Assurance Department
