Human Practice Foundation (HPF) a Danish INGO has been working in Nepal since 2017. HPF aims to improve the quality of education, health and livelihoods of the rural people of Nepal. HPF is looking for a qualified and experienced candidate for the following positions;

Positions: Education Co-ordinator

  • Location: Project Office, Fungling, Taplejung, with frequent travel to Field.
  • Minimum Qualification: At least Bachelor Degree in Education or relevant field (preferred Master's Degree)
  • Experience: Minimum S year's work experience of education programme with sufficient experience of monitoring and evaluation. teachers training and training for School Management Committee.
  • Reports to: Country Manager
  • Contract Period: 1 Year with possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare plan and detail budget of teachers training and training for School Management Committee (SMC)

- Conducting teachers training, training to SMCs and community interaction and orientation at the project area

- Develop regular monitoring tools, techniques and procedures and orient to all the project team members for impact measurement

- Provide regular coaching, mentoring and supervision to Education and Impact Measurement Officers

- Conduct staff performance appraisal

- Co-ordination and networking with the SMCs, Teachers, DEO and other government line agencies, Municipality and Rural Municipalities at the project area

- Prepare all the training, workshops report and project reports

Positions: Education and Impact Measurement Officer

  • Location: Project Office. Fungling. Taplejung.frequently travel to Field.
  • Minimum Qualification: At least Bachelor Degree in Education or relevant field
  • Experience: minimum 5 years work experience in the relevant field with the sufficient experience of monitoring and evaluation. teachers training and training.
  • Reports to: Education Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect relevant information and data and establish a baseline for the project so that project can measure and clearly show the outcome of HPF's intervention on education

- Conduct teachers training, training to SMCs and community interaction and orientation at the village level

- Assist the Education Coordinator to finalize the annual and longer-term target of each indicator in line with the project log frame. - Frequently conduct a field visit, collect the regular data and case study.

- Analyze all the impact measurement data and prepare periodic impact data
