ATG is a fully owned subsidiary of the Yokohama Rubber Company, Japan. With a presence in 120 countries, ATG specializes in the development, manufacturing, and sale of Off-Highway Tires.
1. Regional Sales Managers for Eastern, Central & Western Region: (1 Manager for each region)
Major Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving sales targets as per plan and budget.
- Identifying, appointing and assisting dealers to achieve sales targets.
- Responsible for the collection of payments and other documents from distributors /dealers.
- Handle customer queries, interactions to build distributor relationships.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by extending proactive customer service.
- Organizing / participating sales promotion, brand visibility, and publicity activities and consumer campaigns, in the territory per the guidelines of the organization.
- Responsible for formulation and implementation of Marketing and Sales strategies in the respective regions.
- Monitoring sales performance, processes and activities carried out in the allocated
- Prepare and present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Warranty Claims reporting and evaluation.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree (specialization in sales and marketing preferred)
Experience:
- At least 5 years in the relative field of Tires or lubricants with established experience in sales, handling distribution channels and managing teams. Must have strong business sense and industry expertise.
2. Officer- Finance and Account Department:
This is a mid-level position that will be responsible for overall accounts and finance related transactions of ATG.
Workstation: Kathmandu
Major Roles and Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate records/make entries for all daily transactions.
- Prepare balance sheets and participate in financial audits.
- Process invoices and follow up for payments.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Track bank deposits and payments, reconciliation.
- Review and implement financial policies.
- Forecast costs and revenues.
- Manage tax/VAT/excise duty related transactions (payment, online entries, etc.).
- Must be familiar with Letter of credit, TT, loan and overdraft processing, etc.
- Must have good knowledge of related prevailing rules and government law.
Qualification:
- Bachelors in Business Administration, Semi qualified CA with good knowledge of Tally software.
Experience:
- 2-3 years in accounts and finance department in the field of sales and distribution (preferably in tires/lubricant or related field).
