1. Factory Manager:
Nawalparasi
Responsibilities:
- Ensure uninterrupted production and dispatch from the factory as per plan
- Maintain a minimum stock level of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products and required store inventory at the factory
- Ensure the quality of raw materials and packaging materials during receipt and storage. Ensure product quality during bottling, storage, and dispatch
- Manage the operations of administration, HR, procurement, finance and other relevant functions at the factory and coordinate with head office as required
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements related to factory operation
- Maintain the safety and security of the factory, assets, and employees with necessary proactive measures in place
- Ensure proper liaison with the Internal Revenues Labor Office, District Administration/ CDO, and other government offices as required to support business
- Maintain relation with Security Companies, Police and Army for the company's safety and security
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in management with 12 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree in management with 10 years of relevant
2. Procurement Officer
Birgunj and Nawalparasi
Responsibilities:
- Identify and recommend the vendors based on the established criteria
- Process purchase orders as per the approved requisitions
- Ensure the timely delivery of ordered materials Comply with the internal and external policies
- Maintain purchase documents and monitor the purchase activities
- Coordinate with the user department and Head Office for effective and smooth operation
- Maintain local vendors list and purchase report Evaluate vendor performance
- Maintain vendor relationship
- Submit a report to concerned authorities as required
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in the related stream with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Assistant IT Manager:
Location: Kathmandu
Responsibilities:
- Prepare IT plan and budget for the group
- Lead the team to provide continuous IT support to the business
- Lead the ongoing IT projects in the company
- Ensure the necessary policies and SOP's are in place Ensure the uninterrupted technological support to the business
- Provide data support to different departments
- Make assessments of the existing setup and ensure the latest technology is in place
- Submit various MIS reports to concerned authorities as required
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in the related stream with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Must have knowledge of Microsoft VBA, .net, MS Access, database, networks, domain controller, software installation and hardware support. Experience in ERP will be added advantage.
4. Quality Officer
Location: Birgunj and Nawalparasi
Responsibilities:
- Inspect Packaging Materials
- Monitor and control the quality of dry goods
- Monitor and control quality in washing, filling and sealing areas
- Maintain quality in the production line and during the dispatch of finished goods
- Ensure that the quality of the finished products meet the parameters set by the company
- Prepare quality-related documents and reports
- Implement ISO standards
Qualification and Experience:
- B Tech. in Food Technology or B. Sc. with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
5. Technical Executive Assistant to Chairman
Kathmandu
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in the laboratory
- Conduct tests and analysis of different products
- Prepare and submit the analysis reports as required
- Provide support to Chairman as required
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. Food Technology or related stream with 2 years of relevant experience.
