1. Branch Manager
Junior Officer to Senior Officer | Sana Gaun Branch & 3 other branches
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics or related field from Assistant to Senior Officer.
- Age not exceeding 35 years for Officer Level. An additional 5 years in the upper age limit shall be granted in the case of female candidates.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in the area(s) of Credit Sales / Deposit Management, Trade Finance, Compliance, Risk and/or Operations.
2. Relationship Manager
Senior Assistant & Supervisor | Susta Branch & 2 other branches
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics or related field from Assistant to Senior Officer.
- Age not exceeding 30 years for Assistant Level. An additional 5 years in the upper age limit shall be granted in the case of female candidates.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in the area(s) of Credit Sales and Deposits.
3. Service Manager
Senior Assistant & Supervisor | Susta Branch & 2 other branches
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics or related field from Assistant to Senior Officer.
- Age not exceeding 30 years for Assistant Level. An additional 5 years in the upper age limit shall be granted in the case of female candidates.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in the area(s) of Operations, Cash Management, Remittance, Deposits, Compliance, Risk and Customer Service.
4. Loan Recovery - Assistant
Assistant | Central Office
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics or a related field to Assistant.
- Age not exceeding 30 years for Assistant Level. An additional 5 years in the upper age limit shall be granted in the case of female candidates.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in the area(s) of Credit and Loan Recovery.
5. Extension Counter - Junior Assistant
Junior Assistant | Central Office
- Intermediate in Management/Economics or related field for Junior Assistant.
- Age not exceeding 30 years for Assistant Level. An additional 5 years in the upper age limit shall be granted in the case of female candidates.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience for Junior Assistant in Commercial or Development Banks in the area(s) of Branch Operations, Cash Management, Deposits, and Customer Service.
6. Extension Counter - Assistant to Senior Assistant
Assistant & Senior Assistant | Central Office
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics or related field from Assistant to Senior Assistant.
- Age not exceeding 30 years for Assistant Level. An additional 5 years in the upper age limit shall be granted in the case of female candidates.
