MJR Hospitality Management Company is looking for the following positions for a state of the art bakery out of the valley
1. Cakes/baker specialist: salary up to 30000
- Should have minimum 3 years of experience in reputed brands and understand the food safety procedures in the kitchen, should be at least +2 and above, preferably done a formal training.
2. India sweet maker: salary up to 20000
- Should have knowledge of milk-based khowa and chenna sweet and should have worked at least 3 years in reputed brands, should understand the food safety. Should be 10 passed
3. Food technologist consultant: salary up to 35000
- Should know Nepal government policies and be well versed of the international standards and should be able to decide on the food additives as per the norms. Should know about nutrition and labeling guidelines. Education: B tech in food technology. At least 1-year experience.
