1. Officer - In Patient Department

  • Required No.: 1 (One)
  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Health Care Management/Hospital Management or any relevant field
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in Health Care Industry

Other Skills:

  • Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English and Nepali
  • Solid proficiency with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others)
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision

2. Executive - Out Patient Department

  • Required No.: Few
  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Management or related field

10. Personal Secretary (PS) at Chairman's Office

  • Required No.: 2 (Two)
  • Level: Mid Level
  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in any relevant field with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Health Care industry

Person Specifications :

  • Experience working as a PS at Chairman's Office or any other senior position
  • Experience of providing administrative support in a dynamic and demanding environment
  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Positive and flexible attitude

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Job Responsibilities :
  • Primarily focused on providing high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chairman and or other assigned leadership staff
  • Managing, prioritizing and responding to emails
  • Keeping track of actions and communications
  • Coordinating, minute taking and logging actions for the meeting, with appropriate follow-up
  • Coordinating and booking meetings, keeping other staff members informed of changes to plans, if any
  • Maintaining up-to-date contacts for the Chairman
  • Booking travel and accommodation; Managing monthly expenses
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support to other senior staff, as and when required
  • Providing additional duties as assigned

11. Assistant Manager - Quality & Accreditations

  • Required No.: 1 (One)
  • Academic Qualification: Master's degree in Health Care/ Hospital Management or any related field. Higher professional qualifications in Health Care Management or Quality management is an additional advantage
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years plus proven track record of previous work experience in a similar role is essential. Quality management, utilization or risk management areas or equivalent combination of education and experience

Technical competencies :

  • Strong level of confidentiality due to the sensitivity of materials and information handled.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, carry out work assignments independently and efficiently and have the ability to work independently and be self-directed and flexible
  • Must be able to make suggestions on workflow or system efficiency and effectiveness
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of analytical and auditing skills with proficiency in SPSS and MS Excel
  • Understanding of policy, planning, and strategy

12. Officer - Insurance Business

  • Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling and using referrals

Job Responsibilities :

  • Update daily routine work to the medical superintendent
  • Maintain MS Office system, papers, and electronic records.
  • Screen calls enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.
  • Arrange meetings with other departments.
