- Primarily focused on providing high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chairman and or other assigned leadership staff

- Coordinating, minute taking and logging actions for the meeting, with appropriate follow-up
- Coordinating and booking meetings, keeping other staff members informed of changes to plans, if any
- Maintaining up-to-date contacts for the Chairman
- Booking travel and accommodation; Managing monthly expenses

- Experience: Minimum 6 years plus proven track record of previous work experience in a similar role is essential. Quality management, utilization or risk management areas or equivalent combination of education and experience
Technical competencies :
- Strong level of confidentiality due to the sensitivity of materials and information handled.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, carry out work assignments independently and efficiently and have the ability to work independently and be self-directed and flexible
