Pahal Nepal Vacancy for Project Coordinator, Program Officer, Admin Finance Officer and Field Supervisor
Pahal Nepal (PAHAL, Nepal) is a non-profit, social organization active in the fields of women and child rights, health, education, social mobilization, empowerment, inclusion, rule of law and social justice for the past 8 years.
Currently, the initiative Nepal, with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the partnership of The Asia Foundation, under the USAID civil society and communication activities/programs, Girls for Girls: Community Engagement for Education project will be conducted in Panini village, Sandhikhark and Shitganga municipality of Arghakhachi district.
As some of the detailed employees are needed for the implementation of the project, applications are invited from interested Nepali citizens who have the minimum educational qualification and experience mentioned below within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. 1) Project Coordinator
Required number: 1 (one) person
Required educational qualifications and experience:
- Graduated from a recognized educational institution in Education and Curriculum and worked for 5 years in an official position in a project related to community school education.
- Able to prepare, implement, monitor and evaluate annual plans for project management.
- Having experience and ability in coordination and management.
- Able to analyze data and information and prepare introductions and reports.
- Able to conduct training, interaction, discussion and counseling.
- Able to prepare reports with good knowledge of English and Nepali language.
- Having good computer knowledge (Ms word, Excel, Power Point, Email and Internet).
- Gender equality, disability, social inclusion should be ensured in all activities of the project.
2. Program Officer
Number required: 1 (one) person)
Required cow skills and experience:
- Children and School Education with graduation in Sociology or Education from a recognized educational institution
- At least 3 years of experience working in an official position in related projects.
- Able to analyze data and information and prepare introductions and reports.
- Able to conduct training, interaction, discussion and counseling.
- Able to prepare reports in English and Nepali language.
- Having good computer knowledge (Ms word, Excel, Power Point, Email and Internet).
3) Accounts and Administration Officer (Admin Finance Officer)
Required Number: 1 (One) Person
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduated from a recognized educational institution in management with at least 5 years of experience in the field of accounting and administration.
- Accounting management such as the management of the procurement process according to the policies and regulations of the organization, accounting action plan,
- Having knowledge of famous software.
- According to the organization's policy, the employee's leave can be approved and administrative work can be done according to the work plan.
- Able to prepare accounting reports in English and Nepali language.
- (Msword, Excel, Power Point, Email and Internet) knowledge.
- Good at computers
8) Field Supervisor
Required number: 2 (one) people
Required cow skills and experience
- Passed certificate level from a recognized educational institution.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the field of social mobilization and children.
- Able to form and operate group networks.
- Able to coordinate and cooperate with relevant agencies.
- Able to prepare reports in Nepali language.
Service Facility:
a) Salary Allowance: As per project rules
b) Leave: As per the rules of the organization
c) Scope: The area where the program is implemented
d) Type of Service: Contract
Type of Examination: Written, and Oral
Note: Preference will be given to women, Dalits, tribals, gender and sexual minorities and people with experience in marginalized communities. No action will be taken on late or overdue applications.
