Job Description:
- Identify potential agents, develop agency force by providing agent training and mobilize
- Responsible for business expansion in the new market as well at continued expansion among existing market
- Building a cordial relationship among existing agents.
- Responsible for supervising and managing daily activities el branch office and ensure branch is maintained in good condition.
