11,000 Students to Participate in SEE Exam in Sarlahi

Around 11,000 students are preparing to appear for the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) from Sarlahi district in Nepal. According to the Education Development and Coordination Unit in Malangwa, Sarlahi, 10,916 students from the district will take the examination that will be conducted from Friday.

Participating Schools and Students

The Technical Assistant of the Education Development and Coordination Unit, Sunil Kumar Kushwaha, stated that 146 schools would participate in the examination. Out of these, 97 are community schools, 45 are institutional schools, 2 are open schools, and some students are from home schools.

Kushwaha further added that 9,079 students from public schools, 1,342 from institutional schools, and 292 from technical schools will take the exam. In total, 37 centers have been designated for conducting the examination.

Examination Arrangements

To manage the examination effectively, the coordinating unit has mobilized 37 center heads, 74 assistant center heads, 535 inspectors, 117 examination assistants, and 214 school assistants/office assistants.

Additionally, a one-day interaction program was conducted for center presidents to discuss the operation and arrangements of the SEE exam for the year 2079 at the District Administration Office Sarlahi.

Code of Conduct

The coordinating unit has also issued and implemented a 46-point code of conduct to conduct and manage the examination in a dignified, orderly, disciplined, reliable, and fearless environment. By implementing this code of conduct, the unit aims to maintain a fair and transparent examination process and ensure the integrity of the results.

Overall the SEE examination is an important milestone for students in Nepal, and the coordinating unit is working hard to ensure a smooth and fair examination process for all participants in Sarlahi district.
