To: All Local Levels
Regarding this center's second letter, Dispatch No. 99, dated 2081.03.24, all schools and local levels were notified to update the details of the 2081 academic session in the Integrated Educational Management Information System (IEMIS) by 2081 Shrawan 7.
As the admission process for Grades 11 and 12 had not been completed within that timeframe, the student details for those grades could not be updated. Since schools and local levels have requested an extension of time, you are hereby ordered, as per instructions, to have the concerned schools update the details of Grade 11 and 12 students by 2081 Poush 22.
When updating the details, please proceed as follows:
(1) Students who still need to be transferred can use “Student Transfer” under the “Student Records” menu in IEMIS to transfer to the school where they have moved.
(2) For schools that do not transfer students to another school, the local level should take action and transfer the students from the concerned school.
(3) For students admitted through alternative education systems, those who left school midway and re-enrolled, those not previously recorded in IEMIS in past years, and children of foreign nationals, please facilitate entry of their details into the school records.
(4) Schools that did not enter the data on time in the previous iemis.cehrd.gov.np system and therefore do not see student details for Grade 11 in the 2080 academic session—and consequently cannot update students in Grade 12—should be allowed by the local level, using the local level’s user account, to add students in Grade 12 and update their details accordingly.
