Bhaktapur Mahakali dance including Mahakali and other gods have been safely at home. The goddess of Harsiddhika, the goddess of Navadurga of Bhaktapur, has also been staying at home, not staying in a public place at the request of the government.

These goddesses should be in front of the devotees publicly throughout the Bisket Jatra beginning on the day of Baishakh, including Chaite Dashain. The local living goddess Kumari Darshan has also been stopped after the Bajrojini Jatra was stopped at Sankhu.
