Submitted by Chalan No. 231, dated 2076/05/09 The following statement is added as per the decision of the Government of Nepal as per the decision dated 2076/10/01.
"If there is a situation to be promoted to a rank above sub-section (2) of Article 20 Ka of the Civil Service Act, 2049, if there is no increase in the level of adjustment under the Adjustment Act, 2075 (for example, if there is no adjustment at the fifth level, Nayab Subba.
