Subject: - In respect of postponement related to the appointment.

- Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers
- All ministries, commissions, boards, centers, councils, offices, authorities.
- Chief of Province (7 in all).
- District Coordination Committee Offices (77 all)
The integration of civil servants has been completed as per the Employees' Integration Act, 2075, but the majority of the staff members who are employed in the federal are working at the local level; Currently, recruitment for local level has been announced if the people are instructed to work at the local level without immediate replacement; Accordingly, the employees arrangement has started and accordingly it will take some extra time to complete it; It is difficult to manage the employees after sending the requirement to the Public Service Commission while the work is not done, and because the demand is not able to be posted; Unless there is another provision, the gazette is vacant and un-vacant posts are vacant, but it is requested that the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (Secretary level) be dated 2076/09/16 so that the present form should not be filled up.
