Very Urgent Notice to Community Schools for Annual Lump Sum Grant:
Community schools that have not received or received any stipends or relief grants and return the stipends received in the future and fulfilled the below-mentioned condition, wishing to receive annual one-time grants on condition that they do not receive any rates and relief grants. This notice has been published for submission to the Coordination Unit. It is also requested that the concerned entities should scrutinize such received documents and send their submitted applications to this center within 2076/11/23.
Community schools that have been receiving annual lump sum grants in the past years will also have to submit an application along with progress details.
To receive the grant, the school must meet the following conditions:
A) To have a permitted school run from elementary to grade 5,
B) the minimum number of students should be as per the rules laid down by the education rules;
C) preparing and updating the school improvement plan, covering aspects of the school's educational, physical, financial and managerial reforms;
D) regularly audit the financial transactions done by the school every year,
E) prepare a social test report showing the activities of the school throughout the year and submit it to the unit,
F) Based on the school improvement plan, the school should prepare an annual action plan with annual goals and budget;
G) If the teacher has not received a mortgage, or if he has received the teacher's license, he should return the mortgage,
H) The reports to be sent to the school, such as audits, social tests, etc. should be sent to the concerned bodies on time;
The school should regularly transmit Flash data to the concerned body,
Documents that the school must submit
Copy of school permit,
No letter of recommendation to the concerned entity, which has not been closed or refunded,
Original letter of local level recommendation,
A certified copy of the class number of students enrolled in the Academic Enemy of the Year of Appeal,
A certified copy of the details regarding the appointment and educational qualification of teachers and staff kept in private sources,
A copy of the school land certificate or a possession certificate,
A copy of the decision of the School Management Committee, which does not demand a future rate
Details of at least one classroom a classroom, adequate toilet, playground, permanent building or structure,
Copy of updated school improvement plan,
Copy of Audit Report and Social Test Report of the previous Fiscal Year,
School Annual Plan,
Student details of the previous fiscal year's FLAS data,
The decision of the School Management Committee to request a yearly lump sum grant.
