NEPAL ActionAid is a global justice federation working to achieve social justice, gender equality, and poverty eradication. ActionAid International Nepal is a member of the federation, working for human rights, anti-poverty, and gender equality. It is a non-governmental national social justice organization established in 1982 and working locally in different provinces of Nepal.
AAIN is seeking competent, committed and result in oriented candidates for the following position:
1. Finance Coordinator (Based in Country Office, Kathmandu)
Key Responsibilities:
This position provides expert financial management services and will be responsible for a smooth day-to-day financial business process in Country Office, and support Finance and Admin Manager to monitor and improve the finance function in Resource Centers and partner NG0s.
Key Competencies Required
- An MBA or a Master's degree in Finance or it's equivalent from a recognized university. Accounting or Financial Management Qualification such as ACCA, CA are preferable
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in related field in a similar organization.
3. Finance and Administration Manager (Based in Country Office, Kathmandu)
Key Responsibilities:
This position is overall accountable and responsible for financial management, cash flow management, statutory requirement controls, admin, procurement/logistics management, asset inventory management, and office maintenance/insurance.
Key Competencies Required:
- An MBA or a Master's degree in Finance or it's equivalent from a recognized university. Accounting or Financial Management Qualification such as a5ACCA, CA are preferable
- At least 5-7 years of work experience in related field in a similar organization. Experience working in a senior management role is preferable.
