Position	Qualification / Experience	Skills & Abilities
Marketing & Sales Managers	BE and MBA with 5 to 10 years of experience in front end marketing and sales	Carryout Business Development and Sales activities. - Review and evaluate Tender documents. Support in Proposal engineering and Bid preparation. Good understanding of FIDIC/ Contractual terms & conditions. Ability to negotiate and finalize Contracts.
Project Managers	BE (Mechanical/ Electrical or Electronics) with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience '	Overall Project Management Planning. Monitoring, Controlling & Reporting of Projects under execution. Coordination with cross functions to achieve Project Targets. Effective utilization of resources and maximize Customer Satisfaction.
Installation & Commissioning Coordinators	BE (Mechanical/ Electrical or Electronics) with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience	Overall Management of site installation and commissioning activities with Customer Satisfaction. Planning and monitoring of Site works and its Cost. Reporting of Projects under execution. Development of sub-contractors for Site installation. - Responsible for HSE at the site.
Commercial / Finance & Accounts' Managers	MBA/ CA/ LLB with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience	Execution of Commercial. Financial, Tax, Insurance, Legal tasks and representation to customers. The project cost controlling, Risk estimation & forecasting, LC finalization, BG & Securing Project risk. Claim management, claims handling & settlement. Invoicing & account receivable management. Cash flow management of the projects. Collaboration with cross functions and service departments for drafting & negotiation of important sub-contracts and consortium agreements. Knowledge & expertise in Central excise, customs. Export & Import sales tax/ VAT directives and Foreign exchange management.
Front Office/ Secretarial	Bachelors in any discipline with 1-year experience In similar roles	Ability to organize work and maintain a professional atmosphere. Possess administrative skills. Possess good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and helpful manner and scheduling appointments. Coordinate with visitors and clients and provide necessary information and support.
