- Educational Qualification: Master's degree in a related subject from an accredited institution
Engineer
- Level: 7th
- Service Group: Technical/Electrical
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical)
Officer
- Level: 6th
- Service Group: Administration
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Sub-Engineer/Senior Assistant
- Levels: 5th (Technical/Electrical and Technical/Civil)
- Service Group: Technical
- Educational Qualification: Certificate level in engineering or SLC with at least a C grade in S.E.E.
Office Assistant
- Level: 4th
- Service Group: Administration
- Educational Qualification: SEE/SLC passed
Assistant Sub-Engineer
- Level: 4th
- Service Group: Technical/Civil
- Educational Qualification: SLC or TSLC with training in Civil Engineering or Plumbing
Assistant (Technical)
- Level: 2nd (both Electrical and Civil)
- Service Group: Technical
- Educational Qualification: SLC or equivalent with training in the respective engineering field

Special Notices and Provisions

Type of Service: Permanent with competitive salary allowances and benefits as per the company's policies.
Age Limit: 21 years minimum for officer level, 18 for assistant level, not exceeding 35 years, with relaxation for female and disabled candidates up to 40 years. Current IDML employees are exempt from age limitations.
