Since the following manpower needs to be hired on a contract basis for the vacant positions at Ayurveda and Alternative Hospital, Kathmandu, until recommendations are received from the Public Service Commission, permanent employees are assigned, or other arrangements are made, this notice is published for the information of all concerned that qualified Nepalese citizens are requested to fill out the application form and submit it within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice.

Last Date for Submission of Application:
- 2081/04/20, and if that day is a public holiday, it will be extended to the next office day during office hours.
Candidate's Age:
- For the assistant level: Must be 18 years old and not exceed 45 years.
- For the officer level: Must be 21 years old and not exceed 45 years.

- Ayurveda and Alternative Hospital, Gairigaun, Tinkune, Kathmandu.

- Training and experience certificates
- Certificate of registration with the council as per prevailing law
- Character certificate

All copies must be self-certified by the candidate.
Application Fee:
- For the ninth level: Rs. 1500/-
- For the eighth and seventh levels: Rs. 1200/-
- For the fifth level: Rs. 700/-
The fee should be deposited in the title number 14224 (Examination Fee) at Rastriya Banijya Bank, office code no. 3700135153, and the original voucher must be submitted.
Special Notice to Candidates:
- Only candidates deemed eligible for the respective positions after verification of the details and documents submitted will be included in the interview. Candidates must bring the original documents of the details disclosed while applying when coming for the interview.
