1. Educational Qualification and Required Documents:
- H.A.: H.A.'s completion certificate from a recognized institution and a registration certificate from the Nepal Health Professional Council.
- ANM: Certificate of completion of Staff Nurse or ANM from a recognized institution and a registration certificate from the Nepal Nursing Council.
Documents to be Submitted with Application (for both positions):
- Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
- Copies of educational qualifications.
- Document of work experience (if applicable).
- Two passport-sized photographs.
