It is hereby informed that if permanent employees of the Provincial Civil Service are appointed, transferred, or if the position is filled by any other means, or if the position is abolished or changed as per any prevailing act, rule, directive, or decision of the Provincial Government or Federal Government, or if any other directive regarding the contractual service is issued, the contractual service will automatically terminate.
a) Selection Process: Interview
b) Age Limit for Candidates:
- For Assistant Level: Must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 45 years.
- For Officer Level: Must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 45 years.
c) Documents to be Submitted with Application:
- Copy of the certificate of minimum educational qualification.
- Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
- Copy of registration certificate with the relevant council.
- Copy of character certificate.
- Copies of work experience and training documents and certificates.
- Cash deposit voucher.
d) Application Fee:
- For 9th level: Rs. 2000/-
- For 8th and 7th levels: Rs. 1200/-
- For 5th level: Rs. 700/-
- For 4th level: Rs. 500/-

e) Place to Submit Application:
Applications can be submitted to the administration branch of Bhaktapur Hospital within office hours.
f) Last Date for Submission of Application:
Applications can be submitted by the end of office hours on 2081/04/17. If that day is a public holiday, applications can be submitted the next working day within office hours.
