Notice for Contractual Hiring of Employees at Bir Hospital
As per the "Procedure for Managing Contractual Services of Physicians or Health Workers, 2076" and the "Hospital Pharmacy Service Directive, 2072," based on the decision made on 2081/05/04 by this institution, the hospital requires to fill the following positions on a contract basis. Interested and qualified Nepali citizens are invited to submit their applications within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice (i.e., by 2081/05/21) within office hours. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered the last day for submission. Applications should be submitted to the administration branch of the hospital (fourth floor, old OPD building) following the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Minimum Educational Qualification:
- Must have passed the Certificate Level in Pharmacy from a recognized educational institution.

1. Age Limit:
- For the position of Pharmacy Assistant, the candidate must have completed 18 years of age and should not exceed 45 years as of the last date for application submission.
2. Required Minimum Qualifications:
- (a) Must be a Nepali citizen.
- (b) Must not have been convicted of any criminal offense.
- (c) Must not be disqualified as per other prevailing laws.
3. Selection Method:
- Written and Oral Examination.

5. Documents to be Attached with the Application:
- Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
- Copy of the educational qualification certificate required for the position.
- Copy of the certificate of registration with the relevant council (with renewal).
- Original bank voucher showing the payment of the specified revenue amount deposited in NAMS, Bir Hospital's Prabhu Bank account no. 0230131414000011.
