1. Management Trainee (Few) MT-04/19
- It is an entry-level position and prior work experience is not required. Candidate must have MBA Degree
- in Banking/ Finance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Human Resource/ Accounting from a recognized university with minimum CGPA 3.3 out of 4 or First Division. The selected candidate shall be placed at Head Office/Branches of the Bank at Supervisor position upon successful completion of the training period.
2, Trainee Assistant (Few) TA-05/19
- It is an entry-level position and prior work experience is not required. Candidate must have a minimum of Bachelor's Degree preferably in Management from a recognized university.
- For Kathmandu Valley: Relatively lower age with minimum CGPA 3 out of 4 or First Division in Bachelor's Degree.
- For Outside Kathmandu Valley: Relatively lower age and higher CGPA/ Percentage in Bachelor's Degree. Candidate will be shortlisted on merit basis.
