With the financial and technical support of Care Nepal, the Dalit Social Development Center is running a Teen Empowerment Program (now my turn - Aba Mero Palo) in 26 communities across Kapilvastu district. The project aims to advocate through various innovative activities for youth empowerment, provide life-saving skills and focus on developing adolescent targeted social campaigns. Due to the requirement of 3 employees involved in the project, Nepalese citizens with the following qualifications and experience are requested.
| 1. Post: Area Supervisor 1 (Female) |
Educational Qualification: Graduate pass and at least 1 year of work experience or certificate level pass and at least 3 years of work experience.
Scope: Vijay Nagar Gaupalika and other places as per requirement
Required knowledge, skills, and experience:
- Work experience in the areas of adolescent empowerment, sexuality, and inclusion.
- Knowledge skills can be facilitated in various groups and committees on various topics.
- Who speaks the local language and can understand the community.
- Good typing skills in English and Nepali on the computer.
- Good knowledge and skills in computer, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Identifies issues related to the project, executes the action plan, monitors and prepares the reports at the specified time and according to demand.
- Ability to fulfill a given task in a given time-frame, and sometimes work in an arc as per the demands of the organization and the project.
- It is committed to working according to the objectives of the organization's policies and projects.
- Accessibility will be given to those who have a motorcycle and a driver's license.
- Provide the necessary support and support for a six-teen campaign
- Providing necessary, nurturing staff to their subordinates to create and operate a safe environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of adolescent policy rules, rights-based concepts, good governance, and advocacy.
- Have the skills and ability to communicate, coordinate and collaborate with local and other stakeholders.
- Can facilitate various programs in the project groups and committees.

Educational Qualification: Certificate level or the like
Working Area: Vijay Nagar Gaupalika Ward No. 3, 4, 5
Required knowledge, skills, and experience:
- At least two years of experience in adolescent empowerment, sexuality, and inclusion.
- There is a knowledge gap in different groups and committees that can help different subjects.
- Who speaks the local language and can understand the community.
- Can facilitate the facilitation and adolescent friendly environment required for adolescent campaigns
- Demonstrated knowledge of adolescent policy rules, rights-based concepts, good governance, and advocacy.
- Have the skills and ability to communicate, coordinate and collaborate with local and other stakeholders.
- Can facilitate various programs in the project groups and committees.
- Knowledge and experience regarding social analysis tools
- Identify issues related to the project, plan it, execute, monitor and report on time and prepare it as per the requirement.
- The organization is committed to working in the field of designation.
- Ability to handle questions using social analytics tools.
- Ability to fulfill a given task in a given time-frame, as well as sometimes work in an arc as per the demands of the organization and the project.
- Cycling Skills

Educational Qualification: Certificate level or the like and have at least 1-year work experience
Working Area: Buddhist Municipality Ward No. 2 and other places as per requirement
Required knowledge, skills, and experience:
- At least one year of experience in adolescent empowerment, sexuality, and inclusion.
- Knowledge skills can be facilitated in various groups and committees on various topics.
- Speaking the local language and explaining to the community
- Coordinating with local communities and expanding relationships.
- Can transport bicycles.
- It is committed to working according to the objectives of the organization's policies and projects.
- Special candidacy will be given to the candidates within Budhbhumi Municipality ward 6.
