The Department of Survey (Napi Bibhag) has announced recruitment on a contract basis for the Surveyor and Amin positions for the Land Problem Resolution Commission. Eligible candidates meeting the minimum qualifications are invited to submit their applications within 21 days of this notice's publication date (2081/08/13).

Application Information

1. Exam Type: Shortlisting and Interview

2. Age Limit:

   • Male: 18–35 years as of the application deadline.

   • Female: 18–40 years as of the application deadline.

   • Retired employees from Nepal Engineering Services Survey Group: Maximum age limit is 60 years.

5. Application Deadline: 2081/09/03 within office hours. Applications will be accepted the following working day if the deadline falls on a public holiday.

6. Required Documents:

   • Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate

   • Academic qualification certificates

   • Training certificates

   • Experience-related documents
     (All documents must be certified by a Notary Public.)

7. Remuneration and Benefits: Equivalent to the starting scale of permanent government employees for the respective positions.

8. Educational Qualifications:

(a) For Surveyor:

• SLC or equivalent with Mathematics and a three-year Diploma in Survey or Geomatics.

• Certificate level in Science (Physical Group) or Geography with at least one year of Junior Survey training.

• Retired civil service employees with the minimum Surveyor position from Nepal Engineering Services Survey Group.

(b) For Amin:

1. • SLC or SEE with at least a "C" grade in Mathematics and a minimum of one year of training in Survey or Geomatics.

   • Retired civil service employees with the minimum Amin position from Nepal Engineering Services Survey Group.

2. Contract Period: Until Asar 2082.

3. Examination Fee:

• Surveyor: NPR 700

• Amin: NPR 500

Fees must be deposited into the Department of Survey's revenue account using Office Code 336023501 and Revenue Title No. 14224. Attach the voucher with the application.

11. Interview Date: The interview date for shortlisted candidates will be announced later.
