1. Minimum qualifications and experience required:
(A) Passed Proficiency Certificate level or Overseer or Diploma level in Civil Engineering,
(B) Experience and Skills: The following experience and skills will be required in Technical Assistant:
- Have at least 3 months of basic computer skills,
- At least 6 months' experience in the project cost estimate, supervision, and final cost statement preparation and analysis for construction and maintenance of infrastructure, teamwork experience to achieve project goals and results, interpersonal skills.
(C) Age: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 45 years
