Bagmati Province Government, Ministry of Social Development, Hetauda, Nepal Call for Applications: Executive Director for Technical and Vocational Education Council

The Bagmati Province Government, under the Province Technical and Vocational Education and Training Council Act, 2075, and Regulation, 2080, invites applications for the appointment of the Executive Director of the Province Technical and Vocational Education and Training Council.

Eligible candidates meeting the following criteria are requested to submit their applications with the required documents within 7 days of this notice's publication (by 2081/08/18) during office hours at the Ministry of Social Development, Hetauda. Applications that are incomplete or submitted past the deadline will not be considered.

Requirements:

Documents to Submit:

1. Application Letter

2. Personal Details (Curriculum Vitae)

3. Professional Work Plan

   • The work plan should be based on Schedule 1, Section 3 of the Province Technical and Vocational Education and Training Council Regulation, 2080.

   • Length: 2500 to 3000 words.

Supporting Documents:

• Copy of Nepali Citizenship Certificate.

• Proof of Permanent Residence within Bagmati Province.

• Academic Qualification Certificates:

  • A master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Economics, Management, Education, Science, Agricultural Science, or Information Technology from a recognized university.

• Age Proof:

  • Candidates must be at least 35 years old and not exceed 55 years.

• Experience Certificate:

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the field of technical and vocational education and training, verified by the relevant institution.

• Self-Declaration Letter:

  • A statement declaring no criminal convictions and that the candidate is not disqualified by any laws.

Additional Information:

• Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to present their professional work plan.

• Applications must comply with the Province Technical and Vocational Education and Training Council Act, Regulations, and amended selection guidelines.
