Family Planning Association of Nepal (FPAN), a leading NGO and Member Association of International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) having wide service network in the field of Family Planning, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, invites applications from qualified Nepalese citizens for the following vacant positions:
1. Position: Human Resource Director
Level: 12th
Duration: Two Years on Contract Renewable
Duty Station: Central Office, Pulchowk, Lalitpur
Qualification & Experience
- The candidate should have Post- Graduate/Professional Degree in Social sciences, Law, Public Administration and Management with at least 7 years of successful experience in senior-level positions. This is a senior management position at FPAN and the incumbent will be the Chief HRD Executive, directly reporting to the Director-General and assume the overall responsibility of human resource development, management, and administration.
2. Position Medical Doctor
Level: 8th
Duration: Two Years on Contract Renewable
Duty Station: Chitwan and Kaski (GCACI Project)
Qualification & Experience
- The candidate should have at least completed MBBS from a recognized university and registered in NMC with preferably around 1 year of successful experience. The candidate with training on Non-Scalpel Vasectomy, Minilap and having good skill/technique on safe abortion and post-abortion care services will have an added advantage.
