Branch Manager

Vacancies: Few

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• A graduation degree with at least 2 years of work experience in a microfinance financial institution.
• Alternatively, candidates with a proficiency certificate level qualification and at least 3 years of experience in the microfinance sector are also eligible to apply.
• Preferably, candidates who have previously held the position of Branch Manager.

Examination Method: Candidates will be evaluated through a presentation and an interview round.

Trainee Assistant

Vacancies: Few

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• Candidates should have passed the SLC/SEE examination.
• Computer literacy is mandatory.
• Willingness to work in rural areas.
• Priority will be given to candidates possessing a vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Examination Method: Selection will be based on written test results and an interview round.

Age Limit: Candidates applying for the assistant category should be a minimum of 18 years and maximum of 35 years old.
