Ganeshman Charnath Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Birendra Bazar, Dhanusha, Madhesh Province, Nepal Notice Regarding Employee Recruitment on Contract Basis

Ganeshman Charnath Municipality is seeking to fill the following positions on a contract basis. Interested Nepali citizens who meet the qualifications listed below are requested to submit their application in the prescribed format, including the required details and receipt of revenue payment, to this office within 15 days from the date of this notice.

2. Minimum Educational Qualifications:

(1) Medical Officer: Must have passed MBBS from an institution recognized by the Government of Nepal and be registered with NMC.
(2) HA/AHW: Must have passed HA/CMA from a recognized institution and be registered with the relevant council.
(3) ANM/Staff Nurse: Must have passed Staff Nurse/ANM from a recognized institution and be registered with the relevant council.
(4) Assistant Computer Operator: Must have passed SLC/SEE or equivalent from a recognized institution, completed a 3-month basic computer skills training, or studied computer as a subject in higher education.
(5) Office Assistant: Must have passed grade 8 from a recognized institution.
(6) Light Vehicle Driver: Must have passed grade 8 from a recognized institution, obtained a driving license (Category B), and agree to the service contract as per the agreement.

3. Selection Process:
Shortlisting of candidates based on preliminary qualifications, followed by written exams (Advertisement No. 1, 2, 3, 4), practical tests (for Advertisement No. 4 and 6), and interviews for all advertisements.

4. Last Date for Application Submission: Within office hours on 2081 Bhadra 4.

5. Application Submission Location: Health Branch, Ganeshman Charnath Municipal Office, Birendra Bazar, Dhanusha.

6. Documents to be Submitted with the Application:
Applicants must submit self-certified copies of the following documents:
• Citizenship certificate
• Documents proving work experience
• Certificates of minimum educational qualifications and other related documents
• 2 passport-sized photos
• Certificate of registration with the relevant council
• Character certificate
