Type of Examination:

Interview Application Fees:

• For ninth level, Rs. 2000/-, for eighth and seventh level, Rs. 1200/-, for fifth level, Rs. 700/-, and for fourth level, Rs. 500/-.
• The amount should be deposited in the revenue account no. 1000200010000 of Rastriya Banijya Bank, office code 3000132153, and revenue no. 14224, and the original voucher must be submitted.

Service Period: For the current fiscal year 081/082.

(Note: The contract agreement will automatically terminate if permanent employees are recommended and filled by the Provincial Public Service Commission or if transferred employees report for duty. Removal will be based on the rank of merit from the bottom.)

Age Limit for Candidates:

For assistant level, must be at least 18 years old and not exceeding 45 years. For officer level, must be at least 21 years old and not exceeding 45 years.

Documents to be submitted with the application:

• Nepali citizenship
• Certified copies of educational qualifications
• Copy of registration and renewal certificate with the relevant council for the concerned subject
• Training certificate for training of more than seven days related to the subject
• Documents related to experience

Hetauda Hospital, Administration Branch. Deadline for submitting applications: Until the office hours on 2081 Shrawan 15. If it falls on a public holiday, the application can be submitted on the next working day within office hours.

• Must have obtained the educational qualification as specified in the Nepal Health Service Regulations, 2055.
