Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership for strategic growth and innovation.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand national and international market presence.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the board of directors to set and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an executive role, preferably within the BFI, Corporate, IT or Security industry.
• Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• A Master's degree in finance, Business Administration, Management, Security or AI or related field is preferred.
• 15+ years of Experience in related fields.
