The Ministry of Social Development and Health, under the Infectious and Communicable Diseases Hospital, Kaski, invites applications from qualified and interested Nepali citizens to fill the following positions on a contract basis until the end of the current Fiscal Year 2081/082, in accordance with the "Service Contract Management Procedure for Doctors and Health Workers, 2071" to ensure the continuity of health service delivery and operation of dialysis services.

Note:

1. Application Form:

Download the application form from the ministry's website mohp.gandaki.gov.np, fill it out, and submit it along with the required documents to the Infectious and Communicable Diseases Hospital, Pokhara-30, (Lekhnath-061-564366), Kaski.

2. Documents to be attached with the application form:

a. Updated personal details of the candidate, copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, copies of educational qualification certificates above S.L.C., copy of valid/renewed council certificate, copies of work experience and training certificates in the related field.

b. The applicant must certify the copies of the submitted certificates themselves.

c. All the documents and certificates mentioned in 2.a. must be obtained by the last date of application. If equivalence needs to be shown, the relevant documents must also be submitted. Incomplete, overdue, and conditional applications will not be registered.

4. Application Fee: Rs. 1,200/- (one thousand two hundred) for the ninth level, Rs. 1,000/- (one thousand) for the eighth level, and Rs. 500/- (five hundred) for the fifth level. (Note: The original voucher of the application fee must be submitted with the application form.)

9. Eligibility for Candidates:

a. Must be a Nepali citizen.

b. Age must not exceed 45 years.

c. Must not have been convicted by the court in corruption and criminal charges.

d. Must not have been dismissed from government service in a manner disqualifying for future government service.
