Since the following number of posts and qualifications for various health posts under the Jaljala Rural Municipality (Gaupalika, Parbat are to be recruited in the service contract. This notice has been published for all concerned to apply within this office time on 18th Bhadra (15 Days) from the date of publication of the notice along with their personal details, and the certified copy of educational qualification.
Details:
1. Post: Health Assistant (HA)

- Minimum Educational Qualification: Must have to complete the HA course form a recognized educational institution and registered in the concerned council.
2. Post: Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM)

- Required No.: 2 (Two)
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Must have to complete the ANM course form a recognized educational institution and registered in the Nursing council.
3. Post: Auxiliary Health Worker (AHW)

- Required No.: 2 (Two)
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Must have to complete the AHW course form a recognized educational institution and registered in the concerned council.
Terms and Criteria:
1. Must be a Nepali citizen.
2. Age: Completed 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age.
3. The place to submit the application: Lamakhet Parbat, Jaljala Municipality.
4. The service and work details: will be as mentioned in the contract terms.
5. Type of Examination: As per the Code of Conduct 2075 for Contract Staff Management of Jaljala Village Municipality, the educational qualification will be through work experience, locals, and interviews.
6. Exam Date: Preliminary listed information will be published together.
7. Required Documents: Copy of Certificate of Citizenship; Personal poison of the candidate, passport size photo taken with a smile, 2 copies of minimum educational qualification certificate, copy of work experience certificate, receipt of payment of revenue, and other documents as per the law.
8. Application Fees: Rs.500 for ANM and AHW posts and Rs.700 for HA
