Minimum Educational Qualification:
- Civil Engineer: Passed Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized educational institution and registered with Nepal Engineering Council.
- Sub Engineer (Mechanical): Passed Proficiency Certificate level in engineering-related subjects from a recognized educational institution.
- Assistant Computer Operator: Passed SLC/SEE or equivalent from a recognized educational institution and has at least 6 months of computer training and can type in Nepali and English.
- Heavy vehicle drivers: Those who have obtained a heavy driver's license and can read general articles
- Light vehicle driver: Obtained driver's license and able to read general text
- Boomer Operator Driver: Obtained Heavy Driver's License and able to read general text
- Fireman Soldier: At least 8th passed
- City Police (Nagar Prahari): At least 8th passed
- Chowkidar (Security Guard): At least 8th passed
- Mali (Gardener): Worked on a related subject and able to read general articles
- Kuchikar (Sweeper): Able to read general articles
- Electrician: Able to read general articles after training in a related subject
