1. Assistant Manager- Institutional Sales

Biratnagar, Janakpur, Narayanghat, Pokhara

Butwal, Dhangadi

Job Description:

  • Identify opportunities and develop relationships with Institutions in assigned institutional market area
  • Initiate and follow up on new business opportunities
  • Lead the execution of sales initiatives and assigned marketing plans
  • Assist in the development and launching of new products
  • Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the Reporting Manager! Chief of Institution Sales

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 3 years of experience or Master's Degree with minimum 2 years of experience in the related field

2. Sales Officer

All Over Nepal

Job Description:

  • Achieve the sales target
  • Ensure timely dispatch of products to distributors and retailers
  • Maintain credit level of distributors and ensure timely collection
  • Implement and monitor the trade schemes in the market Submit the sales report and other relevant information to the supervisor
  • Monitor and provide information about the competitors' activities in the market to facilitate strategic planning

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in business management) with minimum 3 years of experience in sales. Candidates with experience in FMCG or Liquor/Beer industries are preferred

3. Area Brand Officer

Kathmandu, Pokhara, Narayanghat, Butwal

Job Description:

  • Prepare and follow the best plan for a market visit
  • Condua ct branding activities and events in the key institutional outlets
  • Conduct spot promotions as well as restaurant promotions as per plan in different locations
  • Maintain public relation with local event managers, organizers, government agencies, trade partners and social clubs
  • Prepare and submit a report on all brand-related activities
  • Prepare and submit the competitors' analysis report

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years of experience in the related field

4. Sales Executive- Institutional Sales

All Over Nepal

Job Description:

  • Establish relationships with store owners and bar managers Set up and participate in in-store promotions. dinners, festivals, and events
  • Seek out new opportunities to increase sales and penetration
  • Deliver in-store branding materials to the required outlets that sell our products
  • Assist marketing officer in venue branding during events and also supervise venue during events

Qualification and Experience:

  • Diploma Level with minimum 1 year of experience in the related field or Bachelor's Degree fresher

5. Senior Graphic Designer

Kathmandu

Job Description:

  • Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
  • Increase user-friendliness in digital products
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all of our marketing projects
  • Implement new strategies to enhance effective performance & delivery amongst team members
  • Liaise with marketing & design teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Stay up to date with new technological development and tools

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of experience in graphic designing. Candidates with a professional degree in graphic designing are also highly encouraged

6. Assistant Manager- Brand

Kathmandu

Job Description:

  • Prepare and execute creative ideas for brand building activities
  • Coordinate with Trade and Institutional Sales team for sales and brand building activities
  • Analyze industry. competition and market trends
  • Prepare brand performance and sales report

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 3 years of experience or Master's Degree with minimum 2 years of experience in the related field

7. Assistant Manager-HR

Nawalparasi

Job Description:

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to select competent candidates at the factory
  • Conduct quarterly and annual performance appraisal of the entire employees of the factory and submit the report within given deadlines
  • Ensure the improvement of organization culture and interdepartmental coordination
  • Prepare a training plan and conduct training as per the plan to ensure continuous learning and development of the employees
  • Maintain and manage the individual file of all the employees

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience or Master's Degree with 3 years of experience in the related field

8. Network and Security Administrator

Kathmandu

Job Description:

  • Administer and maintain network infrastructure to ensure peak utilization of network resources 
  • Plan, design and implement data connectivity for LAN and WAN
  • Conduct network risk assessments, network vulnerability scans and provide solutions
  • Strengthen the security of network through Network Access Control
  • Maximize availability of all the servers and minimize server downtime
  • Perform detailed LAN mapping and LAN monitoring
  • Set up VLANs for improved traffic management
  • Manage firewall device and ensure appropriate access control
  • Secure the system with latest antivirus

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science! Computer Engineering or any other related field with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. CCNA/CCNP certification is required. Candidates must be able to perform network configuration through command line. LINUX is optional

9. HR Officer

Job Description:

Job Description:

  • Develop databases that support web application and websites
  • Write supporting codes for web applications or websites Create web modules or prototypes that include physical, interface, logical or data modules
  • Test and maintain company websites continuously and identify improvement options
  • Design, create and modify the layout and wireframe for the company website
  • Work as a System Analyst with the resource person to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions for ERP
  • Gather required data for mining the company's computer data through software and support in implementing diverse Business Intelligence techniques
  • Integrate websites with other computer applications and develop digital portals/forms in coordination with other departments
  • Development and support of mobile applications

Qualification and Experience:

  • Candidates with Bachelor's Degree in Information

Technology/Computer Science or any other related field with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Expertise in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/JQuery/SEO Savvy. Must be able to code from scratch in one of the following languages: PHP, .NET, C++ or Java. Prior experience in supporting ERP solutions will be preferred
