Jwalamukhi Rural Municipality (Gaupalika), Rural Municipality Executive Office, Sanghbhanjyang, Dhading, Bagmati Pradesh, Nepal notice regarding AHW and Lab Assistant recruitment on a service contract.
Since the required staff in various health institutions under Jwalamukhi Rural Municipality have to be posted on the service contract. This notice has been published by the interested Nepali citizens who have reached the following qualifications to submit the application within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice along with the required documents along with the original voucher of revenue paid.

1) Educational Qualification:
- AHW: Registered with Nepal Health Practitioners Council after passing CMA or SO from an accredited educational institution for AHW.
- Lab Assistant: Passed the New Assistant course from a recognized educational institution for LAB Assistant and registered with the concerned council.
6) Documents to be attached with the application
- Copy of citizenship.
- Copies of Certificate of Educational Qualification.
- Certificate of Council registration.
- Experience related documents.
