Kalika Municipality Vacancy for Employment Coordinator, Lab Technologist, AHW and ANM:

As technical and non-technical staff is required for the post as per the specification for Kalika Municipality Chitwan, applications have been invited for the service contract. Interested and eligible Nepali citizens are requested to apply in this office within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice along with two passport size photographs, citizenship certificate, educational qualification certificate, and copies of experience certificate.
1. Position : Employment Coordinator - 1 (One)
- Level: Officer, sixth
- Age: Minimum 21 Years old and not exceeding 45 Years
2. Lab Technologist - 1 (One)
- Level: Seventh Level
- Age: Minimum 21 Years old and not exceeding 45 Years
3. AHW - 7 (Seven)
- Level: Fourth Level
- Age: Minimum 18 Years old and not exceeding 40 Years
4. ANM - 7 (Seven)
- Level: Fourth Level
- Age: Minimum 18 Years old and not exceeding 40 Years
Application Deadline and Fee: 15 days from the date of publication of the notice (till 2077-4-18) No additional period for application by paying a double fee (Application fee for Advertisement No. 1 and 2 is Rs. 1000 / - and Advertisement No. 3 And application fee for 4 Rs. 500 / -)
Educational Qualification:
(1) At least graduate from an accredited educational institution for the post of Employment Coordinator or equivalent.
(2) Achieved at least a bachelor's degree in the relevant subject from a recognized educational institution for the post of Lab Technologist and registered with the concerned council.
(3) For the post of AHW, at least pass the entrance examination from a recognized educational institution or equivalent and obtain at least a CMA or TSLC and have received similar training and registered with concerned council
(4) Have passed at least ANM or equivalent training from an accredited educational institution for the post of ANM or TSLC and have registered with the concerned council.
Council Registration: In all the above posts other than the post of Employment Coordinator, for the post where the concerned council should be registered or licensed, its certificate (renewed/updated) should also be submitted.
Selection Method:
(1) Publication of abbreviated list: Advertisement No. 2, 3 and 4 in Kalika Municipality in agreement with the Technical Staff Management Procedure, 2075 in accordance with the educational qualifications 55 more, (Special Category-55, First Class-50, Second Class-45, Third Class A shortlist will be published on the basis of 10 points (40 points), 10 points (10 points within the concerned municipality, 5 points outside the municipality, 5 points outside the municipality of Chitwan), 5 points for the inclusive group. In relation to the post of employment coordinator of advertisement no.
(2) Written Examination: LAW Technologist, AHV. And A.N.M. A written examination will be conducted on the basis of the syllabus prescribed by the Public Service Commission for the post and in the case of the employment coordinator, on the basis of the syllabus prescribed by the Employment Coordinator's Recruitment and Service Criteria, 2076.
(3) Interview: Only candidates who have passed the written test will be allowed to participate in the interview. Special preference will be given to the candidates who are qualified for the post above the maximum of 30 marks in the interview.
Service Contract Period: For Fiscal Year 2077/078. (Contract period can be extended or reduced as per the decision of the office)
