Job Summary:
Ensure smooth and systemic operations of the regional office with proper coordination with head-office to achieve organizational objectives from the region ensuring the growth of the brand and goodwill of organization. The ideal candidate will ensure proper coordination with government bodies and private organizations representing Kantipur in the region.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Management with 3 years of relevant experience in officer/ supervisor level in the operational or administrative department of any organization.
- Sound knowledge of the media industry will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong presentation and report writing skills. Nepali typing skill will be an added
- Age should not exceed 35 as of October 14, 2018.
- Head - Customer Service (Head Office - 1)
Job Summary:
Ensure smooth operations of the Customer Service Department and troubleshoot complaints with great correspondence and reporting skills to the concern departments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Management/ Information Management with 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Nepali language.
- Strong presentation and report writing skills.
- Natural problem solver with the ability to multi-task.
