Karnali Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog (PPSC Karnali), Administration, Application Management, and Publication Division, Birendranagar, Surkhet Open and Inclusive Competitive Examinations for Eighth-Level Positions
The Province Public Service Commission (PPSC), Karnali Pradesh, invites applications for open and inclusive competitive examinations for permanent appointments to various positions in the Province Civil Service and Local Service under the Health Service Group and Sub-groups.
These vacancies are announced per the Karnali Province Civil Service Act, 2080, and the Local Service (Formation and Operation) Act, 2081. Eligible candidates are encouraged to apply online through the Commission’s official application system at https://ppsconline.karnali.gov.np.
The open and inclusive competitive examinations will be conducted simultaneously on the same date and time. Candidates selected through the competitive examinations will be recommended for appointment to the respective positions at the Provincial and Local Levels based on the priority selection order.

Eligibility:

Eligibility and Professional Council Registration
Applicants must be registered with the relevant professional council and have their registration valid as of the final application date.

Ayurvedic Doctor (Ayurveda, General Ayurveda): Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine from a recognized institution.

Dental Surgeon (Dentistry, General Dental): B.D.Sc. or B.D.S. degree from a recognized institution.
Open and Inclusive Examination Information

The written examination results for open and inclusive categories will be published alphabetically for all groups and subgroups.
-
Candidates selected through the written examination must complete the priority order of offices before participating in the group test and interview. Candidates absent from the group test will not be allowed to participate in the interview.

Candidates selected under the inclusive category cannot choose their priority for the inclusive group. The inclusive group will be determined based on the candidate’s application form and as per the Commission’s rules.

Candidates qualifying for multiple groups must compete from only one group of their choice.
-
Candidates selected for both open and inclusive categories will participate in the group test and interview only once, and their scores will be counted for all applicable groups.
-
Appointments will be recommended based on the final merit order after all examination stages and the priority order filled by the candidate.
Special Instructions for Inclusive Category Applicants
Candidates applying for inclusive category positions must submit the required documents during the application process. Candidates
selected for the group test and interview must bring original documents and self-certified copies of the required documents. Failure to submit these documents may result in application rejection at any stage.

The Chief District Officer (CDO) verified certification from the local authority, who confirmed the caste within the Khas Arya category.

The Chief District Officer (CDO) verified certification from the local authority, who confirmed the caste within the Dalit category.

For Indigenous Nationalities (Adibasi Janajati):

Permanent residency certificate specifying the local level in Karnali Pradesh as per Rule 11(1) of the Karnali Pradesh Civil Service Regulation, 2080.

Reservation Facility:

As per Section 9(1) of the Karnali Province Civil Service Act, 2080, and Section 10(1) of the Local Service (Formation and Operation) Act, 2081, an individual can utilize the reservation facility for an Officer-Level or Assistant-Level position only once in their service period.
