Laxminiya Rural Municipality, Rural Municipal Executive Office, Laxminiya Bazar, Dhanusha, Madhesh Pradesh, Nepal Notice regarding filling up of post in the service contract
According to sub-section (8) of Section 83 of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, and according to the decision of the Laxminian Rural Municipal Executive dated 2079/09-18, the positions mentioned in the Laxminian village council have to be filled in contractual service; This notification has been published for all those concerned to apply within 15 days from the date of publication of the notification subject to the following conditions from the interested Nepali citizens who have reached the minimum qualification.
Candidate Age Limit:
- Advertisement No. 02 and 03-2079/80 completed 18 years of age, not exceeding 35 years in case of male and not exceeding 40 years in case of female.
- Advertisement No. 04-2079/80 completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years by the last date of application. (Preference will be given to those who are retired from Nepal Police and Armed Police Force, Nepal and have worked in Laxminiyan Rural Municipality in the past.)
- In the case of all other advertisements, completed 18 years and not exceeding 45 years by the last date of application.
The place to get and submit the application form:- Laxminian Rural Municipality, Rural Municipal Executive Office, Laxminian Bazar, Dhanusha.
Deadline for submission:- within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice for the first time (up to 16th of Magh 2079) (last day of filing public until the next day if you go on leave)
Application Fee: For all advertisements Rs. 500 Mega Bank Nepal Limited, Lakshminiyan Rural Municipality, Rural Municipal Executive Office, Internal Revenue Account No. (C-1-1) 1030010050722 and submit the bank voucher along with the application.
Documents to be attached with the application:
- Copy of Nepali Citizenship Certificate
- Certified copy of minimum educational qualification and experience certificate
- Driver's license in case of driver
- Two recent passport-size photographs of the candidate
- Original bank receipt of filing the application fee (You should bring full copies of all certificates and documents when you come to the interview day.)
Contact date, written and practical exam date, and interview date:- It will be decided after the preliminary merit list is finalized.

Service period and service facility:- The service contract will be as per the agreement.

a) The authority to take the final decision regarding the filling of the posts shall be vested in the Laxminiyan rural municipality's filling committee.
b) In the case of persons who have worked in contract service in the past, the clearance letter must be submitted compulsorily.)
