Lumbini Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog 9th Level Technical and Non-Technical Positions

Type of Examination: As specified in the curriculum, the examination will consist of written tests (including case study, analysis, and presentation for administration services), and interviews.

Examination Date, Time, and Venue: Details regarding the examination date will be published on the commission's website (www.ppsc.lumbini.gov.np) the day after the last date for application fee submission.

Examination Language: The examination can be taken in Nepali, English, or a combination of both.

Application Method:
Applications must be submitted electronically through the commission’s online application system: ppsconline.lumbini.gov.np. Detailed guidelines for submission are available in the User Manual on the website. Candidates are responsible for ensuring all personal details are correctly filled out. Applicants must provide their own mobile number and email address when completing the application form.

Application Fee:

• Standard fee: NPR 1,200
• For each additional group or inclusive category: NPR 500

Fee Submission Method and Location:

After submitting the online application form, candidates can choose between Online Payment or Offline Payment options. Online payments can be made immediately using one of the specified methods. Offline payments require candidates to select a bank from the provided list, print the payment voucher, and pay at the bank before the deadline for double-fee submission. Detailed instructions are available in the User Manual on the website.

Age Limit for Applicants:

• For general applicants, the minimum age is 21 years and the maximum age is 45 years as of 2081/06/18.
• Federal and provincial civil service employees, those adjusted under the Civil Servants Adjustment Act, 2075, and those appointed after the commencement of this act are not subject to the age limit.

Required Documents: Candidates must scan and upload the following documents in the specified format:

• Citizenship (both front and back)
• Recent passport-sized photograph
• Signature (JPG format)
• Minimum educational qualification certificates for the applied position
• Documents verifying inclusion group status for those applying under inclusion categories (PDF format)

Important:

Failure to upload documents in the specified format will result in the inability to print the admission card. As per Section 13 of the Provincial Public Service Commission Operation Directive, 2077, applications that are not submitted properly will be rejected, and no appeals will be considered afterward. Therefore, candidates must carefully fill out the application form.
