Since the following city police officers for this municipality have to be filled in the service contract, this notice is published for all concerned to submit an application along with receipt of revenue payment within 21 days from the date of publication of this notice.

1) Location of application and submission: Madhyapur Thimi Municipal Executive Office, Madhyapur Thimi, Madhyapur Thimi, Bhaktapur The application form can also be downloaded from the website of Madhyapur Thimi Municipality.
2) Application fee: Application form along with application fee is Rs.1000/- for officer level employees, Rs.700/- for assistant level fifth employees and Rs. 200/- should be submitted as application fee. The application must be submitted to the Revenue Administration Branch.
Educational Qualification, Experience, Age Limit:
(a) For City Police Inspector
1) Being a Nepalese citizen.
2) Graduated from a recognized educational institution or equivalent.
3) Completed 21 years of age and not exceeding 24 years or not exceeding 44 years in case of former Janpath and Armed Police or Nepali Army retired from Police Inspector or similar post.
4) Not having been convicted of any criminal charges involving moral turpitude.
5) Health certificate issued by a recognized health institution.
Character certificate issued by the concerned district or ward police.
7) Height 5 feet 2 inches in case of men, chest 31 to 33, weight 50 Kg and in case of women 5 feet less weight 42 Kg, eyes not weaker than minus 2 or plus 2.
(b) For Assistant Sub Inspectors of City Police
1) Being a Nepalese citizen.
2) Passed with Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.
3) Completed 18 years of age and not exceeding 24 years or not exceeding 40 years in case of former Janpath and Armed Police or Nepali Army retired from Assistant Inspector or similar post.
4) Not having been convicted of any criminal charges involving moral turpitude.
5) Health certificate issued by a recognized health institution.
6) Character certificate issued by the concerned district or ward police
7) In case of men, height at least 5 feet 2 inches chest 21 to 33, weight 50 Kg and in case of women at least 5 feet weight 42 Kg, eyes not weaker than minus 2 or plus 2.
(c) For City Police Constable
1) Being a Nepalese citizen.
2) Passed class 8 or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.
3) Age completed 18 years and less than 40 years.
4) Not having been convicted of any criminal charges involving moral turpitude.
5) Health certificate issued by a recognized health institution.
6) Character certificate issued by the concerned district or ward police.
7) Height 5 feet 2 inches for men, chest 31 to 33, weight 50 Kg and weight 42 Kg for women, eyes not more than minus 2 or plus 2. Candidate's personal details, certified copy of educational qualification, certified copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, certified copy of experience to be attached to the application must be signed and verified by the candidate himself.
5) In case of tribal tribes, Madhesi, Tharu, Dalit, backward areas, a certified document issued by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the concerned local level.
6) Selection Method: Physical and Health Test and Interview
7) Date, time and place of physical and health examination and interview: It will be published at the appointed time and place.
8) Remuneration and facilities: It will be according to the rules of the municipality.
9) Contract period: 2081 will be till the end of Ashad. The deadline may be extended based on the needs of the office and performance evaluation.
