In order to run the annual sanctioned programs of Mahawai Rural Municipality for the fiscal year 2077/07, the following posts have to be filled in the service contract; This notice has been published for the interested Nepali citizens who have reached the qualification as per the details to apply within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.

Types of Exam: Written and Interview
1) Educational Qualification:
- In case of Sub Engineer post: Certificate level in Civil Engineering from a recognized educational institution,
- In case of Assistant Sub Engineer post: Passed SLC / SEE from a recognized educational institution and trained in related subject, or passed TSLC course in related subject from a technical school,
- In case of Junior Technical Assistant (Agriculture JTA) post: Passed JTA (Agriculture) course or equivalent from a recognized educational institution,
- In case of Junior Technical Assistant (Veterinary Service JTA) post: Passed JTA (Veterinary) course or equivalent from a recognized educational institution,
- In case of AHW post: Passed AHW or equivalent from a recognized educational institution and
- In case of ANM post: Must have passed ANM or equivalent from a recognized educational institution. Council registration should be mandatory in 5 months of working training and CTEVT.
2) Experience and Skills: Having worked in the related service for at least 5 months.
3) Documents required: Personal details, 3 passport size photographs, Certificate of Nepali citizenship, Certificates of educational qualification (Certificate from outside Nepal only, Certificate of equivalence from University of Nepal), Certificate of Registration Certificate, Certificates of Work Experience, and other documents Have to submit
4) Age: Must have completed 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age and not exceeding 40 years in the case of women and disabled candidates.
5) Last date to apply: 2077-10-23 within office hours.
6) Place of application: Mahawai Rural Municipality, Village Executive Office, Padyaghat, Calicut
7) Application Fee: Rs. 700.- (only seven hundred)
8) How to apply: The prescribed fee along with the required documents should be deposited in the name of Krishi Bikash Bank Limited, Kalikot based Local Savings Fund Account No. 0726101704190050 with a voucher attached.
9) Contract period: Till the end of the month of Ashad, 2078 BS
10) Details of work to be done in the post: service, group related.
11) No action will be taken on the application received for expiration.
12) The date of examination will be fixed after the publication of shortlisting from among the applicants.
13) Except as mentioned in the notice, other matters shall be as determined by the Act, Rules, Procedure, Directive, and Staffing Committee.
