3) Date and place of submission of application:
(a) Date of application: From date 2081/01/14 to date 2081/02/12 and for submission of double fee from date 2081/02/13 to date 2081/02/19 there will be an additional 7 days. The application must be submitted within the office hours of that period.
(b) If the last date falls on a public holiday, then the application can be submitted on the opening day of the office.

For Men
- Height: Minimum 5ft 3in
- Chest: A minimum of 32 inches when not inflated and a minimum of 34 inches when inflated
- Minimum weight: 50 Kg. (110 pounds)
For Female:
- Height: Minimum 5 ft
- Minimum weight: 40 Kg. (88 pounds)
Eye: In the case of wearing glasses, the eyesight should not be weaker than 2 (two) but in the case of incumbent candidates under the military-technical service, it should not be weaker than ± 2.5 (two decimal five).
BMI: should be a minimum 16 to a maximum 27.
(c) Other qualifications
Candidates B.M.I. and qualified by medical examination, not convicted by the court for criminal charges showing moral turpitude, and not currently a member of any political party, not involved in any criminal activity or not, not being a member of any organization with subversive purpose or not, not convicted for espionage against Nepal, human rights And should not have been punished for violation of humanitarian law and should not have been dismissed from service in order to be disqualified for government service in the future. In case of other qualifications mentioned in "Military Service Regulations, 2069 (with amendments)", "Military Technical Service Regulations, 2076", "Military Air Service Regulations, 2074", "Military Miscellaneous Service Regulations, 2074" and "Admission Selection Guide, 2071" It should be as it is.
6.) Age limit: Candidates who completed 18 years and not more than 25 years till the last date of submission of application 2081/02/12.
7) Military service candidates:
(a) For the mentioned posts, the age limit of military personnel who are eligible to work in the Nepali Army will be as mentioned in the regulations of the respective service and

(8) Required certificates to be submitted:
Copies of the following documents should be attested by the candidates themselves and submitted at the rate of 1/1 (one/one) in the Nepali file. Cremated and duplicate certificates will not be accepted. It is compulsory to bring the original copies of all the documents to be submitted on the application day.
(a) Certificate of Nepali citizenship.
(b) Certificates of qualification of all educational levels, character certificates and original/provisional certificates.
(c) In the case of those who have obtained degrees from other boards and universities other than the universities of Nepal, TU A certificate of equivalency must be submitted.
(d) Minimum GPA-2/CGPA-1.6 or above in case of certificates issued before the coming into force of Letter Grading Guidelines, 2078 and any Not less than D+ in the subject. In case of certificate issued as per Letter Grading Guideline, 2078, in case of educational qualification of SEE, minimum GPA-2 or above and must have obtained original certificate. In case of class 12 educational qualification, GPA-1.6 or above and must have obtained original certificate.
(e) In the case of descendants of Nepali soldiers who are physically disabled due to physical injury during military training or while performing their duty and died in the line of duty, the following additional documents should be verified and submitted by the candidate himself/herself:
(1) The name should be included in the attachment of the list of support needs published by the Directorate of Sri Ceremony Management.
(2) 1 (one) copy of the certified copy of the person mentioned as invalid or disabled in the pension right letter (Pension Patta).
(3) In the case of incumbents, "1 (one) copy of the recommendation letter of the Medical Board as per Section 107 of the Military Service Regulations, 2069.
(4) 1 (one) copy of proof of relationship with the concerned candidate.
9.) Photograph: A recent passport size photograph of the candidate with a clearly visible full face (including both ears) (in case of male) 4 (four) with beard and cut hair) and 1 (one) photo of 242 size should be submitted along with the application.

11) Selection Process: Under selection test of candidates wearing test, B.M.I. and preliminary health examination, physical examination, written examination (will be conducted by Public Service Commission), practical test, comprehensive health test and interview. Candidates who fail in one of the exams will not be allowed to participate in the other exams conducted thereafter. 12) Salary, Allowance, Ration and other benefits: As per rules and regulations prevailing in Nepal Army.
13) Other conditions:
(a) A person working in the Government of Nepal or other semi-governmental organizations must submit the departmental approval while applying for candidacy.
(b) In the case of inclusive candidates, they can compete in any one of the tribal/tribal, Madhesi and Dalit communities only. But in the case of women
