Required Knowledge and Skills: Candidates must be proficient in Branch Management, Operations, Credit, Business Promotion, Marketing and possess knowledge of NRB Directives and prevailing laws applicable to entire banking business.

Required Qualification : Bachelors Degree in Banking/ Finance/ Management/ Economic/ Business Studies/ Marketing/ Accounts etc. from recognized College/University. Age: Above 18 years but not exceeding 35 (+5 years for women candidates) years as onl4th November 2018.
Other Common Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent spoken and written English and Nepali with interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of office computer applications like word, excel, PowerPoint etc.
- At least Category A driving license holder for assistant level and Category A & B driving license holder for Officer or above level.
- Preference will be given to those applicants who are proficient in operating PUMORI-IV Banking software, and local residents of Bhaluhi, Madhauliya, Ramapur-Colony, and Shukkhanagar of Rupandehi District and Bhumahi of Nawalparasi District (for an Assistant level).
