Job Purpose: I. To create a "transparent" procurement system which provides NHE with the most appropriate purchases for its needs 2. To provide NHE staff with current information on supply and availability using the most up-to-date technology Major Responsibilities and required skills: 1. Supervise the staff and work of the Procurement Section 2. Manage the NHE procurement system by maintaining proper records of the Company 3. Provide information to purchasers about the options; price, availability, and specification of the items 4. Establish good working relationships with suppliers 5.
