Training and Testing Period:
1. Among the candidates who have been appointed as Assistant Officers and Accountants, Fresh candidates who have no experience working in banks and financial institutions and microfinance sector will be appointed as six months trainee staff. Candidates with experience of at least 2 years working in the rank of one level under Banks and Financial Institutions and Microfinance sector will be kept in 6 months probation Appointment will be made according to the rules of the organization only if the performance level of the training and training period is found satisfactory.
