Nijgarh Municipality Job Vacancy for Employment and Technical Assistant Positions
Nijgarh Municipality, located in Bara, Madhesh Pradesh, Nepal, has announced job openings for Technical and Employment Assistants. The municipality is looking for interested Nepali citizens who meet the minimum qualifications and experience required for the positions of Rojgar Sahayak and Prabidhik Sahayak.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:
1. For Employment Assistant - Minimum qualification from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal: Passed certificate level or equivalent.
2. For Technical Assistant – Proficiency Certificate level in Civil Engineering or Overseer or Passed diploma level.
3. Age: Between 18 to 45 years on the last date of submission of the application.
4. Basic computer skills: At least 3 months of training in basic computer skills.
5. For Technical Assistant - Able to prepare and analyze project cost estimates, supervision and final cost statements for infrastructure construction and maintenance /upgradation, experience of working in a team to achieve project goals and results and excellent interpersonal skills. Preference will be given to those with at least 6 months of experience along with skills.

4. Mode of Selection: Publication of preliminary merit list and written test and practical test.

6. Service facility and others: Technical Assistant and Employment Assistant at the local level will be as per Section 13 and 14 of 2078.
Applicants with higher educational qualifications, at least one year of working experience in a program conducted by the Government of Nepal or at the local level, and permanent residents of Nijgarh Municipality will be given additional marks in determining the initial qualification order.
